command start

does anyone out there know why my command start is unreliable? Sometimes it works good and sometimes it doesn't. It usually works if I hold the remote close. I have changed the battery in the remote several times Model#CS30i the first part of the number is gone although it might start with C

It may be the antenna.
Disconnect it and check the connections inside. There are 2 wires soldered to the antenna spring. Make sure they are good.
Plug it back in and try that.:thumbsup:
