Friend recently bought an Integra Type-R (2001) from down in the states that has front end damage. He is just about to source a B18 but is currently caught in a struggle to either get a USDM or JDM front end. Opinions on the matter? It's basically USDM vs JDM.

Since JDM cars are RHD will the light's focus glare for oncoming traffic? Is there a way to fix this?

It's hardly noticable, the fact that the cut-off is nearly a straight line instead of your staggered step line.

The only way to fix it is to replace the housings with something from a LHD vehicle. If that's what you're talking about then, ok.

are u shure man? guys with jdm cars here said the lights are adjustable when the gov. was listing that as an xcuse to ban importation. what light housings fit in JDM ITR lights? will s2k & tsx ballasts be adjustable in jdm housings?

since its an actual USDM Type-R, keep it a USDM Type-R...

if it was any other integra id go with JDM, but the type-r's we still have here, let's keep em stock and the way they're supose to be.

dont mess with perfection lol.

In your original post..you say it's your friends car?? WTF :dunno:
seems like people make threads nowadays just stating for their friend so they can avoid being flamed.

JDM Front end is for wannabe Type-R's.

Keep it USDM if it's originally a Type-R

if the rad support is damaged you midas-well go with the jdm, but if its not keep it usdm because there are less usdm type r's in this city than jdm ones
