One of our roomates are hittin the road so we are looking for a filler! HAS to be someone responsible and mature, can clean up after themselves.

The house:
-5 bedroom upkept house
-1 room used for study, 4 for tenants
- renovated basement as of 2 weeks ago. New carpet and tile downstairs, with bathroom downstairs done by end of month
- large kitchen and eating area with comfortable family room
- functional bathroom upstairs as well
-large deck and nice backyard
-10 minute walk from Canyon Meadows C-train (i walk it every day)
-1 student, 1 worker (out of town a lot), 1 lady (who is out for nights at a time quite often) and YOU!

The room:
-basement room with accessible basement suite entrance
-new carpet and paint
-fair size room with a good size closet

The deal:
-$475 and 1/4 utilities + $475 D.D.
-House has cable, shaw internet, shaw phone (long distance and whatnot)
-Available February 1
