What is a good car to buy within the next year

Just wondering I will be looking to buy a used car in the next year I am looking to get a good car that has not been beaten and abused. I will list the cars that I am looking at and can you tell me what the best choices are out of them.

Acura Integra late 90's
Honda Civic 96-2000 Hatch Back

1995 Pontiac GRANDAM would be your best choice. One with a body kit and rims and an exhaust system (a loud one). Very reliable, cheap on gas, and a very big headturner.

I am keeping my car that I have now but my next car I want a Honda Civic or Acura Integra but I dont want to get one that is already beaten and is burning oil I do like the looks of those 2 cars but I think that the Lancer will be beaten the least, I want to do a real clean car one that will have a JDM look but I want some power also since there is a lot more parts for these cars compared to the lancer I think.

Also what is a good model of Civic I like the hatch back models I am looking into a 1996-1998 but now those cars in those years dont they usally rust in the rear. But I like the fact that the motor swaps are a good price what is the most common used engine swap for the 1996-1998.

I am going to be looking to spend around $10,000 I know I like the look of that clean looking Honda Civic but with my Grandam there isint that many body kits to pick from that is why I am looking at the Fx Designs one I know that it might not look the best but it is hard when there isint that much aftermarket support and I dont want it to look like everyone elses grandam that is why with the next car I get I am going to make that car look JDM style.

OMG ok so for the grand am if you want it to be different give it a spray of chalkboard paint that would look different then do up a nice sounding low key sound system and get the STOCK seats recovered with something nice like leather with suede inserts

and if you go 'JDM stylez' on the civic it will look like everyother civic and not original

and the hood and hood scoop and if the bumper is like that in the front you know the skirts and rear are too and chances are there is a nice oversized can trying to pass off as a muffler
