i have my own technique and i'll share if anyone wants it, but im just wondering how other ppl do it...:werd:

i select the body of the car then use a gradient fill with what ever colors you want and then overlay another layer of what ever color you want to be prodominant (sp). i find that works good for me!

I can't even remember how I did it but it looks pretty good
I'll try and post my method up when I get home and can use adobe
aight well if you have an already silver car it works good... just mask what you want painted then go to image-->adjustments-->Hue/Saturation, and change the hue.... if the car has color, just uncheck colorize, accept it then go back in and change the hue
