Encore Condo's(next to Brava)

How many people on here are a waiting for the Encore building to finish? I have been looking at condos selling at the encore building(the first phase) and i've seen prices in the 420's for 900sq. ft. What are some thoughts on these buidings? Anyone purchase one back in the boom for investment purposes? The buildings look like they are gonna be top class

Any opinions? Good investment to people who bought them when they opened the second phase?

I sold a couple in the first phase, seems like a pretty good building. Lots of amenities which is convenient, but will definitely ensure high condo fee's. People I have sold in there have been happy so far :)
