Want To Buy - VCR (or anything with TV tuner)

I want to be able to watch cable TV on my projector so I need something, anything, with a TV tuner that takes a coaxial input and has some sort of output. I don't have digital cable so I don't need a digital cable box, a regular VCR would be totally fine. So if anyone's got a VCR or something similar for cheap, I'll take it.

I should have mentioned the item in question must have a coaxial input and some other type of output like RCA or something. My projector doesn't have a coaxial input, that's the whole point.

I only messed with it for a few minutes, I'll have to try it again tomorrow. But should I be able to plug the coaxial in and get the video on the RCA out? Does it work like that? Or is it just the tape signal that it sends out through the RCA jack?
