I meant somebody locally, who works at a dealership who can get FRP stuff, who doesn't mind passing on a discount to fellow forum enthusiasts :D

Then no, and I highly doubt you will be able to. I've been playing this game for 4 years and have met 0 local sources with any sort of discount. The link I gave you was best.

You don't need to know anyone, just walk up to the counter order your part and ASK for a discount, BAM, 10% off.

(I've done it before at Woodridge Ford, it wasn't FRP though, just a window)
