WTB: EF Civic

I am looking for a EF civic 2 door hatchback 5spd. Now I am in no rush for one so I will wait for the right one, but I am looking for one that has little or no rust at all. Perferrably stock but will consider some with small mods. I am not to concerned with the engine but it would be nice if it ran. Also I will consider an auto but it has to be rust free.

Do you plan on swaping the motor? I might be interested in the spring once mine gets me through winter and I can drive my teg again
