"The military's new weapon is a ray gun that shoots a beam that makes people feel as if they will catch fire."

I heard that on the radio, it would be food for riot control.... i still wonder what would happen if some was forced to stay in the path of beam. And don't you wonder what kind of weapons they have that they have not released to the media

Its like kids frying ants with a magnifying glass,
Except now its the governent frying hippies:rofl:

I have to wonder how it actually works, if its just an intense light beam, if someone got that to the eye's it be game over...

Reminds me of one of the GI Joe trucks from back in the day (yesterday).

edit - that didn't make a lot of sense. *Protests* from stuff like this.

Apparently it only penetrates a small amount of your skin so that it doesn't harm you, but enough for you to feel the heat. At least that's what I remember hearing.

Interesting comment about the eyes though, not sure what would happen if you the beam hit your eye ball haha

It's an electromagnetic beam, it's invisible. Nothing will happen to your eyes.

Gamma rays are invisible, but they snip you on a sub atmoic level.
