i plan to buy one, is it safe to buy it from ebay? coz some sell them so cheap,just want to know if these are the real thing or some refurbished or counterfeit shiit? thanks!

Well, I'd suggest you buy one that is locked to Rogers and then unlock it or one that is branded with some NA carrier as the ones coming from Asia can be a real hit and miss with quality. I know someone that had bought one online and they are having some quality issues.
