I have got lots of races on alot of old VHS tapes that I recorded on a stoneage video camera. Is there any way to convert these into files that I can store on my computer? Maybe a machine that I could buy or something?

Thanks in Advance :)

Are you looking to transfer to DVD? or to say, windows media for viewing on PC? or VCD?

DVD's take a lot of time and hardware to do nicely. VCD and Windows media are a lot easier to do, and you can get $100 capture cards + software that can do the job for you.

I want to be able to transfer it to windows media. Any file extension will do, as long as its PC viewable. Where can I get these Capture Cards/Software?

Just get a video capture card. Netlink's got one for $45, but shipping's kinda expensive (around $13).
