I was wondering if anyone works or knows of a specific company/position where I can work security. I am really looking for 10 or 12am to 6-8am...and also I dont wanna do any work...just kidding. Actually I would like to have one where I have a decent amount of time in an office so I can do my homework (degree from Athabasca).

I of course realize there is always work involved...I just know there are some where you have time between duties.

Any insight would be great!

Oh and since I work for the Flames, the person who hooks me up with a good gig will be compensated:goflames:

Hey I work at Deerfoot Inn & Casino and I believe they are still hiring securities. I'm not sure if you will get those exact shifts but you might get something close. And for night security you won't be doing much at all I believe unless something happens haha.

check out group 4. i know a few people that have worked for them, and the day shit ones play solitaire all day and buzz the odd person in, the night ones watch portable TVs and try not to fall asleep.

I'm just deal graveyards sometimes. I see them just sitting at the bar in the casino reading the paper or in the poker room chatting with people or watching tv.

I will have to check and see what company is watching where I live. it is a townhouse condo complex, and on may long weekend 6 units burned down. they just sit there in their cars day and night and do shit all. Sleep, watch movies on portable tvs.
That would be perfect for you.

I will see what I find.
