Stupid Calgary Herald

This is my friday's paper last week, just this saturday I opened my window and I am like WTF is that. :nut:
I have the worst delivery newspaper guy ever. missing paper at least once every month, and now my paper is on top of my garage's roof.
When I called them, they never fulfill their promise ie - give me my paper or remove this paper off my roof.
I like the paper but their service is :thumbsdow

Call the paper and let them know about it. Why should you have to risk you neck (if you fall) to get it. They may even give you something for your troubles!

Unreal toss... In the last couple months we probably didn't get our paper once a week. Frustrating, but not much more you can do other than calling them and letting them know.

Shit that's funny!!!...but I do understand hopw you feel. When you wake up and just want to put your feet up and read the paper, the last thing you want to do if have to climb on the roof to get it.

My mom had a problem where the kid left it out farther from the door every week. Finally it got to the point to where she had to go all the way out of her house and around front to get it so she called the Herald and told them she's disabled (which is not true). Starting the following day, paper is in the mailbox every time.

Herald didn't bring me a paper on Friday, and again Saturday, so I called and complained and they brought me one within 5 minutes!
