FS: Intel Pentium D 920 processor + heat sink

Hey guys, as the title states i have a Intel Pentium D 920 processor for sale with a cooler master heat sink from a computer i bought. i work at futureshop and had the guys test the computer and it was only a dead motherboard so im selling the processor from it (i used all the other components for my new tower). Theres also a hp media center case if any one is interested, it fits mini atx boards.

120 with the heatsink.

i also have some artic silver kicking around if you need some.

what socket type is this cpu? and the D920 is dual 3.2ghz?
