180sx question

Hey guys,
Im seriously considering about importing a 180sx, however my parents have made it a requirement that whatever i bring in has to have an airbag. I've done some searching specifically on the 180 but there hasnt been anythin answering my question. So im wondering wut year did airbags come standard on them?

Are you paying for it? If so, do whatever you feel like doing. Just get a picture of a RHD car with an airbag, and tell them thats it.

no s13 had airbags

and installing one is not really an option. look into soarers like mentioned above if you want safety features. dump the cash for a 5 speed

yaa i know its kinda a gay, but durin the summer i drive a lot on the 93/95 to invermere and theres a ton of accidents wit deers and such all the time on there. So i understand where my parents are comin from. They arent paying for it, but im using their garage space and so on.
So i take it's a s14 or nothin if i wanna have an sr20 and an airbag. I would buy a local car and then do the swap but im limited to 10k. I dont think i would end up wit a clean exterieur and everything workin well for the summer wit that kinda time till summer and money.
