...just yesterday i noticed a dent on the roof of my car...its about the size of a golf ball near the rear back window... I went on beyond and did some searchin...apparently DNT off memorial and edmonton trail does a great job at a low price. Heres the question...i went there today to get an estimate...the guy told me it would cost about 350+gst to repair the dent. 250 to remove the interior roof liner and 100 just to pop the dent out. Am not sure here but 350+gst seems alot!!! Just to be clear i have a 2007 BMW 328XI.

Labour is a bitch. I paid 60 for my door ding. It took him like 15min and he didn't have to remove anything to access the backside of the panel.
If it's gonna be a half day job, expect to pay a few hundreds. Don't worry about GST if you pay him cash, you can always negotiate a little. He quote me 80 and I ended up paying 60.
Good luck!

I went to Dent Boss in the NE for my hail damage. They did a wicked job. Some dents may not come all the way out if they are big and have sharper edges.

Oh God, Dont go to those knobs.... there is ONE good guy at the Blackfoot trail location (right beside Shaw GMC) that knows what he's doing, the rest are hacks.

Seriously, they charged me $580 for the whole car when the Dent wizard quoted me $220 for the same work after it was done.

Go to the Dent Wizard instead, they're WAY better in terms of quality, all the while the prices are about half as much....

how the dent clinic stays in business is beyond me:nut:

I had about 4 dents in my car when I bought it. Car dealership paid for all 350 bucks of it as long as it was done at Dent Clinic. They did a fine job and the guys were pretty nice. DO NOT go to the Dent Clinic on 32nd Ave. Those guys are asses and need to get kicked in the head.

There is a really good place just off memorial drive, and center street. I don't quite remember the name, but I guess a lot of the better dealerships use them. I had some Small dents in my s2000 from a bad hail storm in summer, and you would have never known they were there after. I think they charged $100 for the first, and $50 per dent after that. But my insurance covered it, and they waved the deductible.:)

Went do Dent Clinic on 46 & Blackfoot got a quote from Danny on my Acura $250.00.... ten minutes later in the Tim Horton's in the same plaza another Dent Clinic guy tells me it won't cost more than $100.00 w t f !!!
These guys are scammers.
