Go to Shadow Tinting.
For a small strip, my guess is around $50 at most.

I got my Rendevous done by a guy name Bill. He charges around $120. I have no complaints and my boss took his services after seeing what he had done to the Rendevous and he's happy. his number is 540-0822. He's pretty honest.
do you know where to buy the film, for the purpose of DIY?
You can probably find it cheaper elsewhere, but you can buy it yourself from shadowtinting to DIY. I don't remember the price he quoted me, but it came as a pre-cut kit for my car. Was pretty cheap.
You could probably find just hte 3m stuff elsewhere. Maybe industrial paint nad plastic or ask them for where to get it.
