Looking to see if Calgary holds any Pug get togethers?

I adopted a pug/pom mix about a year ago and would like her to get to play with some other pugs also.

Ciao

Not a big fan of these dogs, do you guys find their dumber then average dogs? I mean they never listen to anything, and they only time they will is if you give them something. I hate everything about em.

I have a mix between a pug and pomeranian and I find the breed to be very good for a small dog. She listens when I call her to come, very obedient, "0" aggresion, very easy to train to go washroom outside (2 accidents in a year). I love this breed of dog.

Do they have any pugs meets more than once a year? seems like there is more than enough interest considering the pugfest is such a big hit.

:werd: for Pugfest in the summer. I've been the last three years and it's always a good time. And I'm not usually one for dressing up my dog, but dressed up pugs are frickin hilarious. And no, they are not dumb whatsoever just stubborn.

Pug are so AWESOME! I'd love to get one. I used to laugh at all the stories Bret Hart had about his Pug "Coombs". For now I have a Newfoundland Dog "Lucy Lu"!

The little Pom is Winston. He passed away 4 weeks ago. Poor little guy had a twisted stomach.

JRSC00LUDE, That's no way to talk about your sister. She's doesn't have the hanging jowls (on her mouth anyways)

i have been to pugfest before- its pretty funny. Got a good picture with brett hart and his dog (who he did dress up that day) Sure my dog isnt the smartest (by a freaking country mile) but she is a pretty good pet. Dont think i would ever get one again after shes gone.
