I just got a job offer to work there as a claims representative and I was wondering if anyone on here has worked for them. I have the weekend to think about whether or not to accept the position. Any feedback would help, thanks!

i've heard both sides on this one. some say its so good they treat you like royalty, some say they work you like a dog for medicore pay.

not sure about the position though, but i'm curious as to your background?

I've heard they work you like crazy..expect lots and lots of overtime especially as a claims representative.

I decided to take the job because they offered me more money than what I was making as a customer service rep. My background is mostly in customer service and admin work. I graduated last year with a degree in sociology and I'm taking courses online to get an HR certificate. I've been trying to get an entry level job in HR but no luck so far.

I guess I'll just have to see how this job goes but for sure, I'm prepared to work harder in this one than my last job. I got kind of bored waiting for calls to come in and always surfing the net.
