yeah it''s fine, port scans don't mean anything. There are lots of reasons for portscans and i really dont think it can be narrowed down to 1 site doing it.

yea, who really gives a shit if they port scan you when you go to their website. you probably ALREADY get port scanned or probed thousands of times a day.
