I am making pizza's at home and I always have one problem I cant eliminate.

They get a little more greasy then I would want. It is mostly on the top.

I have tried using less cheese, less sauce, I cook it at 425 for about 18 minutes.

Anyone know how to get rid of it.

When its pretty greasy is your cheese actually baked on or just melted? If its melted it means your temp. is too high and it isnt cooking thoroughly enough, try turning the temp down a little bit and putting it in for longer to let the cheese bake and get rid of that greasyness.

P.S. I'm actually eating homemade pizza right now, had it at 375 for 24 minutes, perfect-o.

i used to work at pizza shop....i didn't cook it but i did make them....the owner allways said not to much meat/vegi not to much cheese.... then u spread the cheese ...poke it after wards as then u should see meat or sauce...should be very thin layer of cheese......try slower cooking time......

Ok... I make pizza at home, and for 2 years at my job.

What size is this pizza?
How many cups of cheese are you putting on it?
What kind of cheese are you using? (Kraft? Other kind?) Read label.
Are you putting the toppings on top of the cheese or underneath?
Are the meats presliced and packaged? From the deli?
Pre made crust?
