Have MS ACtivesync installed, unit plugged in via usb to pc, but i have only got it to connect ONCE. i cant get it to connect, and this is frustrating me to death.

anybody really eaxperienced at software like this?

I've found this software/sync system to be quite finicky. Be sure that you've updated to the latest version from Microsoft. If all else fails, re-install. Seems to work every time. Good luck.

I've had the same experience with that software as well. it takes a couple tries, the best way once you do it for the first time is to use the bluetooth to sync your hp. I have the new hw6955 and it still did the same thing when I set it up for the first time. I had the 6325 before as well. keep trying and it will eventually sync. good luck!
