ahahaha evo 4 with carbon fibre taillights ...if you went to the rally today at blackfoot you would see it...or the one tomorrow...there were a couple of them plus a STi. there was a better evo than that.

I heard one guy intown imported an Evo 1, as well as a wrecked Evo 7...Aparantly they're not currently in town, but in a shop out of province...Anyone hear anythinga bout that?

Nice pics though! :thumbsup: How can I put this...it isn't legal to have a cage in your car for road use, or harness or the other racing accoutrements that rally requires. But so far I haven't heard anyone get in trouble for it, its usually pretty obvious they aren't really used on the street much. Incidentally, that car retired out of the rally when the motor went.

On another note, I saw several rally cars on their way out of town this morning while I was driving around. But then again, I saw more of them than I could handle yesterday at the rally :D

And altezza: That car is an Evo IV.

There is an EVO 7 in Calgary, You can't drive it on the street legally, but it has been out a couple of times. Warren you know the guy, he just keeps it quiet.

IV and V are my favorites...white would be my choice. The VII/VIII I would have got would have been white or red (no choice available in the matter). In any event, I was just speaking in terms of an EVO VII/VIII. That would have been great to end up with the EVO...but I'd have everyone racing me at every light. :rolleyes:

You think the rally is bad for seeing awesome cars? Everytime I go back to visit AVSport, I almost pee my pants... If have are ever in that area, you should visit. :D I'm there about once every month or two when I'm down on business. I'm still trying to convince Fuji to do an STi tranny swap there, LOL...

I heard sumthin about a guy importing an Evo 1 and a wrecked Evo 7. I think it is one of the guys at Import Adrenelin shop I think it is this guy named Lee (drives an s2000 used to be a DC5 owner). If it is the same guy the cars arn't here yet they are both in Vancouver and have been there since like November. He is doing a major buildup on the evo 1 using the evo 7 as a donor vehicle, for the entire powertrain and all that shit. He's doin a street rally style and is aiming for 500 hp. Here is the worst part though boys and it'll really break your heart, he's doin all this as a gift for his girlfriend, which is why the car and all the work are being done in Van city. Apparently it's their anniversary in July or around there. Lucky Bieach! Laterz!
