best Chinese food delivery in downtown Calgary?

Looking for a decent chinese food place that delivers in downtown Calgary, any recommendations?

I don't know the formal name, buy my friends and I call it "Chairman Chow's House of Dumplings" They've got the best tasting dumplings and the best part is, Chairman Chow delivers it to your house.

How great is that.

Note: Chairman Chow does not personally own the resteraunt, but it's how I know the place by.
He's nice, so if there's a flames game on, invite him in to watch for a few mins.
