the IMAX!

I havent been to the IMAX since I was a kid and cant remember shit, so i was wondering what youre oppinions are on the theatre. I think it was the biggest screen in calgary or soemthing but dont know.

reason im asking is cause i saw a commercial for the movie "300" saying its playing there and was wondering if its worth the drive downtown.

Hell Yes, for 300 definitely, that movie looks sick.

the "imax" isnt there anymore. its now owned by cineplex. Cheap movies though. 8.50 i belive. as a bonus they now show regular movies there

the imax is at chinook, not downtown...

there are two imax screens. one downtown one in chinook. however the official imax movies are only at chinook

IMAX in Eau Claire has been closed for years. There is no IMAX screen there anymore...but I do have a rather large chunk of the former screen in my basement.

I used to consult for IMAX. :)
