Recommendations: PreWiring Home

Im in the process of building an infill and wanted help to know how to pre-wire and Where?

Things like sourrond sound, HDTV, Recivers etc etc

- I was told to add 3 coax cable where my HDTV will be due to uprgrades in Sat technology?

Any help would be great.
