well... some kid took out 50 yards of my front fence at my acreage in Springbank with his gmc canyon. from the looks of the accident I would say he was going to fast especially for icy roads and slid off the road going thru my fence not once but twice.

its pretty amazing the guy is still alive as a 2X4 went thru the passenger window and went directly across the cabin striking right in front of the headrest where his head should be.

if the owner of that truck is a member on this site or if anyone knows him, tell him i need my fence fixed

no, I made sure to get that. but i would rather not go thru the trouble of tracking him down.

im hoping he stops by my house in a couple days to arrange something.

Good luck with that. Nice to see you may give him a chance outside the routine 266-1234 route.

(why I thought of a Bing Crosby song when you said "you hoped...." I have NO clue. I'm tired.)

Won't he need an accident sticker to get anything fixed?

He's going to sue you for putting a fence in his way.

Agreed. But, sucks about the fence... :)

Couple years ago some guy's truck ended up running over some small aspen trees I'd planted on my lawn, about ten feet back from the sidewalk... He drove off...

Killed all the trees. I had to replace them all. But, no one was hurt and I guess crap happens.
