Anyone have any experience with these? I'm thinking they'll work well for the 328 for the summer. I do a lot of highway driving, if that makes a difference.

Finally got my 452's on and so far, they're great! The Tire Warehouse hooked me up with a pretty good deal.

I'll post a little more when I get a few more km's on them, but so far they're quiet, responsive, and they look fantastic.

i have 451's, i believe that at around 5.5/32nds, it becomes R-compound.

i'd buy falken again, barely any understeer since i've started using em.

Scort, I think you're smart enough to ignore that comment. The FK-45x is known as mid-ranged summer tire. If your main goal is to highway drive these tires in the summer with some moderately spirited driving, you'll be fine. You'll be fine with pretty much any summer tire actually. If you are looking to race on these...well, they won't be overly competitive.

Wasn't planning on doing any racing. I wanted something for the summer with decent wet/dry, a good look, longer tread life than a higher performance tire, and a decent price. These fit the bill exactly.

And if you run off the lights...I'll glow, to the extreme I rock a mic like a vandal...Light up the stage and wax the chumps like a candle...

WTF?!?!...how does a tire "turn into" and R Compound...do you even know what that is??
