Looking for a decent socket 939 motherboard, X2 support would be nice, onboard sound would be good, and must have PCI-E. Not looking to spend a whole lot as we're upgrading my little brother's computer (~$100). We can probably work on that price range a bit so just let me know what you have.

Thanks.

Memory Express had the Asus A8N-E as of last week.

Great MOBO. it is less than $100 new.

Memex South has a bunch of returned/recertified boards on a rack near the service dept. I think they're all 25% off retail, and many are basically brand-new. Saw a bunch of 939 boards there this morning.

MemX has a sweet Gigabyte 939 board with SLI PCI-E right now that I've been eyeing up (but not going to buy). They want $60-70 for it. I can't remember the model but it's sitting on the shelf just in front of the service counter and its in a bright green box. I looked through it and it has everything in the box. Buy it man, Gigabyte makes a fantastic 939 board.

Just got home and Memory Express is closing :( . Anyways, I'll head over there tomorrow after class but until then, if you have a mobo you're looking to sell in this price range, let me know! Thanks.

Alright well I guess Memory Express in the North doesn't have that many 939 boards to choose from. Their clearance center has an msi k8n or something board for $110 but the pci slot clips are broken or something.

The cheapest one new, that they still have in stock is $180 I believe. I guess I'll have to try and make a trip down to the south sometime soon but I think it's easier if I just buy it used on here.

Anybody selling any of these?
