That shot was hand held.

All instrument cluster lights are on like madd bling so I'm thinking you hooked up a PC/diagnostic tool and messed around to get the gauges to move like that. Pimpz.

Not necessarily. I know in the LGT gauges sweep fully and all the lights come on like that every time you fire up the car. Pretty sure the Sti does it too...

You are right, STi's also sweet all the gauges once the key is turned to on position.
