What vehicle would you buy for 30-40 grand

Looking to get a vehicle soon here for between 30 and 40 grand, Either SUV,2 door sports car, 4 door luxury. What would be your pick for maximum of $40 000?

Edit: Its gonna be used, between 2000-2005, nothing newer nothing older

I've been having the same thoughts here lately.

I've been debating between:

Subaru STI
Audi S4
Older Porsche (and keep the current car for a winter car)

A B6 Audi S4 because you get a V8, AWD, and and the best interior in the business. They should be right around 40 grand, maybe a touch more. It's the most car you can buy for the money for sure, IMO.

Also I don't think you could go wrong with a 2003 BMW 540i M Sport.

If I were you I'd take a practicality/luxury/performance combo like the cars listed above.

A lot of people are suggesting a G35. Buy a G35 if you want a newer car, buy the S4 if you can handle a 2004. Its a lot more car than a G35 but both are very nice. My $0.02.

When I used to detail cars this was the most hated interior. By far Audis and VW's have the worst interiors to clean, but all the suede is pimpin

tell me about it, mine gets dirty within 2 days of cleaning it. sometimes its not even worth cleaning.

as far as cars go, i say get a bmw 5-series you really cant go wrong.
