so...wtf.....who thinks this is fair....

i go to sell my xbox, modded, in the market place....thread is closed by mods....so i sell it regular...even tho its my selling point that its modded....

then i search and notice that like 5 other ppl have been allowed to sell their modded xbox..no problem...i point that out, i get banned....


yes this is cheeze, and i think its totally unfair...just wanted to see what the general consensus is. Go ahead and ban this name...i have many other ways to get registered on here.

like i said, i dont care whether this name gets banned, i have plenty more options, just curious if others think this is fair...not wondering if the big bad mods have the power.

I agree that if 1 thread selling a modded xbox is closed then ALL should be closed to be "equal".

This is the same thing I pointed out when FTA dishs were/are not allowed ot be sold on here since they "can" be used for illegal activities. but then other things like modded xbox's/ps2's were allowed to be sold even though they also promote illegal activities.

I don't necessarily think it is favortism but maybe lack of a mod to scan through all those types of adds. Maybe appint a mod to just take care of misc/phone/car audio/game classifieds.

I almost forgot the most important part though... this site is private party so the mods DO make the decisions and it doesn't HAVE to be equal.

You guys should keep in mind that the mods arent robots surfing beyond all day to keep everything up to code. Some times things slip by, but thats no reason for people like cheeze to bitch when they get caught.
