Pretty good owning, but in the end we are only talking about a few jokes. I still think Carlos has better delivery than any of the comedians he might have stolen a few jokes from. I also wouldnt call any of those jokes "signature" jokes. Its not like he stole "someone gonna get a hurt real bad" or something.

I find Rogan pretty pompous and irritating. I have seen his standup a couple of times and its not really that funny.

Who really thinks this is an "owning" anyways? For comedians its the nature of the business. Shitty for somebody to steal another persons joke, but if i hear my buddy tell a joke then i hear a comedian tell it, chances are the comedian is going to tell it better.

Rogan's an annoying twat that argues with 14 year olds on his myspace website.

If i was at that comedy club i probably woulda asked for my money back, and for it to come out of Rogan's pockets. Mencia's performance is what I would of went there to pay and see, not to see a couple of whinney bitches stand up on stage and bitch at each other. If people wanted that, Jerry springer would still have a TV show.

No it isn't. Most comedians do not steal jokes verbatim from other comics and pass them off as their own. Mencia does, though.

If he knows he isn't original enough to write his own material, he should pay someone to do it for him. At least he's not ripping someone off that way, and they get compensated.
