WTB: Female USB Pin Header to Male USB Plug cable

Someone in here made a couple of these for me a few months ago and I need 2 more.

Basically want to add an internal 3.5" card reader and I have no USB header on the board. But I do have a USB PCI card with 1 internal usb plug so I can use that if I can convert the female plug that comes from the card reader to a USB plug.

Yeah I never did get back to you on making more did I? :o I'll see if I've got the materials to make some more up... and I can find some time... :) Or if anyone else can step up?
