I just got the spoiler yesterday and placed it on top of the trunk just as preview of what it will look like.

Honestly i love the spoiler, its a genuine BMW (M3) part, and I think it might look a little weird because it is not painted to match the rest of the car yet.

Might look some what like this..

of course im going to paint it before i install it

I don't know why anyone would be so dumb to assume that im going to install a primered wing on my car

looks great. but srsly TAKE OFF THAT BADGE. the m3 sidemouling badges should be replaced with the motorsports inserts. even if you do the s52 swap it would become a 332 not an m3. other then that looks good. where did you get the mouldings?

I really like the steering wheel, but I think the dvd would be better 'in dash'. Kinda looks outa place IMO

nah thats okay. People come up to my car wherever i stop and they say "nice m3!" and i just say it's a 325is. the badge doesn't bother me and i don't want to fuck the paint underneith it just because people think I'm being a poser.

I was going to buy the motorsports for my car actually but they were way too much. I got the moldings on ebay for like $200 with the m3 inserts .. make sure you buy the authentic bmw ones though.

:D

Maybe i should get some 332 badges :poosie:
Nice car though takem

332 is a way of telling people you have an m3 3.2L motor, but not posing as an m3 with an m3 badge.

mite46 had this on his 323i with all m3 drivetrain/motore, mods etc

Nice car though takem

but your just setting people up for disapointment haha. i dunno im against the m3 badge, its ricer. like puting a type r badge on a non type r. saying it has the power when it doesnt. tons of those on here http://www.jimmy540i.com/bmwnightmare.htm haha. if you take it off it wont ruin your paint either. this will help http://forums.bimmerforums.com/forum/showthread.php?t=16666&referrerid=&highlight=debadge+diy . and yeah e36bmw/// is right, you can get them shipped for $140 american with the motorsport inserts. but those are OE not OEM. doesnt bother me thoguh as long as it fits and it looks good. but whats done is done. and for sure throw on those 332 badges once the conversion is complete! car is definatly looking good. thanks for the compliments on mine. those pictures were taken decades ago though. looks much different. ditched the 1piece, full m3 kit, a few goodies you guys will see at dtp  (thats if i get in, lol). theres 1 thing very special that my car will have that no other has by the time spring rolls around. working on it now. very different approach to cosmetics. its a love/hate thing haha but you will see

btw that site is funny, it has some pretty disgusting bmw's. I don't agree on all of them though.

Dado's techademics turbo'd m3 was on there! Because of the wing i guess, but i consider that car anything BUT rice. It's a complete monster

Another one i saw was a car that had a stock gtr m3 wing.

The rest of them .. ya their bad lol

I apologize for my ignorance, but If you replace the Motor with the 3.2 M3 motor, and place the M3 badge on the back... How does that mean your a poser?
.. assuming the suspension is M3 or upgraded.. wouldn't that engine swapped E36 preform the same as an m3.. so not really a poser imo.

Are the door sills hard to get in?

Techinically you're not a poser.
You still need other M3 parts to be considered an "m3"
You could have the heart of the monster but you'll need the accessories to complete the transformation (i.e- seats etc...)
But by then, you probably spent well worth more than a regular M3 would cost.

Looks good.... I like it. Nice choice of rims too.

What year is the car?

The M badge though....hmmmm... ;)
