Anybody know of any indoor tennis courts around the city?? I know the WHC in edgemont does but membership is $109 a month and it's a little steep. I know summer is near but I'm curious to know if theres anywhere else around town that I can go to if I want to play during winter.

Ricco's Tennis Accademy
Glencoe Club (lol good luck)
Glenmore Club
Winter Club
Edgemont Club

Edgemont Club has the best indoor courts in terms of surface and lighting.

Winter Club is similar to edgemont club but the lighting is not as good.

Glencoe Club is the best but the surface is (was) horrible. I dont know if they ever did change it from that crappy rubber dirt carpet surface.

Glenmore is very good as well. Poor air circulation though and semi-poor lighting.

Ricco is good and inexpensive. Dont know if they finally put a hard building where the bubble was. The bubble was good, but you get what you pay for.

Calgary has some of the best indoor tennis facilities in Canada so have fun!

I just asked a few buddies that plays a lot of tennis too and they recommended me to Rico's as well. Is it hard to get a court there? Probably gonna give it a try there especially now considering how it just snowed again since Calgary is so awesome.

Another question, are they beginner friendly? Not that it really matters but me and my buddy aren't good at all but we just love playing tennis. So i was wondering if the regulars there are intimidating.

Bump! So where is the best place for drop-in tennis? I really want to play a few games right now. Is this the site for Rico's? http://calgarytennisacademy.com/ The Riverside club is $20 per person for only an hour, I would like something better than that.

Yeah called them up $26 or $32 which is pretty good but forgot to ask if you can have 4 people on the court.
