caffine pills vs. coffee

i don't drink coffee or pop, but how bad is it to take 1 or 2 caffine pills a day? (ex, wake-ups). any thoughts?

I don't either... I was taking 1 200mg caffeine pill in the morning before my workout. It really helped and it's the equivilent of ~2 cups of coffee.

Once you start taking it regularly it wont work anyways, but yes, one is generally equall to 2 cups of coffee.

Yea, buy the 200mg caffeine tablets. They work good. I take them before I work out usually, in the mornings to wake me up, and sometimes in the evenings if I have alot of reading/homework to do or studying.

caffeine dunt doez shit for me anymore yoz, back in undergrad it worked but not no more yoz. I drank 3 cups of cofee yesterday while studying.....and then fell asleep at 8pm. Woke up in the middle of the night with my face in da notez. Shit.

So...yeh...it will depend on each perzon I think but I bet pillz are stronger yo.

Well, the 200mg ones work a bit for me.

But I don't find them THAT strong that they keep me wide awake and hyper. It's just kind of like a small boost.

Hell, if I take one before I sleep, I feel way more refreshed in the morning.

You can buy 100 tablets @ 200mg each for $10

If nothing else....it's cheaper than coffee and you don't end up with the bad breath.
