Wow good job guys ^^^

Not to sure about the ethanol free part but I have used Husky, Mohawk, Esso, Shell, Superstore, and haven't noticed any differences in performance or idle or burning from any of their gases. Maybe on newer models it affects it more then older models.

I won't use any station with ethanol content in the fuel because:

"Ethanol has a lower energy content than gasoline, and therefore you get less power and miles per gallon using it. Ethanol alone is slightly corrosive, mainly to seals in fuel systems not designed to use them, but should be harmless at low percentages. However the property that concerns us most is that while water does not combine with normal gasoline, ethanol absorbs it. Furthermore the ethanol can separate from the gasoline at low temperatures and create a much higher concentration than if they were mixed evenly."

This means there is a greater chance of water/contaminants from the under-ground station tanks (which most have some of) getting into your fuel tank. Add to that, ethanol can deteriorate injector seals... uhm, no thanks.

Stations that use ethanol include Husky, Mohawk, Canadian Tire, Co-op, and any independent stations like Fas Gas.

Shell does not use ethanol, however, they have had problems the past couple years with contaminated fuel. There was a class action against them in Canada for destroying a rather large number of car engines with the bad gas.

Esso is my choice, since it has no ethanol and no scandals with bad gas. Petro-Canada is my second choice.

Yup!

The only ones with no ethanol are Esso, Petro Canada, and Shell... unless you are in Ontario, where they all have 10% ethanol.

Co-op or superstore.

Whats the time frame of the injector seals deteriorating?

I fill my car up every week 40litres and get about 550km to a tank.

So average is about 26000km a year. So far my cars been running great on co-op gas for 5 years and between co-op and superstore my car gets more mpg with co-op gas.
