Not old enough to remember but I'm gonna guess these came out when Nike entered the hockey equipment market in 1994. So much hype for hockey back then. It was gonna surpass the NBA in popularity and then they had have the darn lockout and the rest is history.

Anyone remember the commercial with the Canadian hockey player walking into the swedish locker room and there's a swedish guy in the shower who starts screaming, it's like a mini horror movie, it was awesome. I think it was for the olympics in the early 90's.

Those are awesome LOL... I remember when those skates came out I wanted them sooooo bad haha. All the Nike shit was pretty cool when it first came out.
