how hard is it to put a stock civic (ek) engine into lets say a 1990 civic or maybe a 1992 ish civic??? and also where could this be done and what would be the cost. I'm considering selling my car but my parents are trying to convince me to keep it and make myself another running car...

even when i try from a fresh explorer and not from beyond....and also would a place like jdm source have access to some cheap shells.

thanks for the number talked to whoever was there at jdm source and he convinced me to fix my ek. I think it will actually end up being much cheaper than finding a shell and then towing both cars there and having them pull possibly 2 engines and doing the swap and switching from obd 2 to obd 1. So big apreciation to jdm source who will be getting my buisness as soon as I find all the parts I need. Thanks for the info teggypimp.

Most shops woulda tried to get me to do the swap to be able to charge me god knows how much but they didn't. Even said they have some used aftermarket exhausts I will be able to get there hehe.
