Some scratches on the case and screen, but not too bad.
Comes with earphones (if you want), usb connector, i-tunes cd, and original box.
Battery life is abou 9.5 - 10 hrs.
Actually still under warranty, but I no longer have the reciept.
Located in Thorncliffe (NW) for pickup only.
