FS: 1992 Prelude (not running)

This car is taking up space. It is a red 1992 prelude, the interior is great, there is bad rust on the rear quarters, and the f22a that just got put in has 125k on it, but hasn't run yet, i put a manual tranny in that came with the engine, but have yet to run the parts to the interior, or put the front end back together. I just want it gone.

The good:

Brand new cap & rotor, new axles, set of after market wheels, and aftermarket front lip and sides

The bad:

Hasn't run and has bad rust on the rear quarters needs serious TLC or use as a parts car.

All parts to complete are there, and it is scheduled to be removed on thursday any and all offers considered. Don't be rude though the wrecker even understands what the parts are worth.
