Hey,

I'm buying a house and need a lawyer. I'd like to know how much lawyer fees usually cost to close a deal on a $330,000 bi-level.

Thanks.

Somewhere around $1000 is a good amount to budget. Some are cheaper.

Look at paying ~$1000...it's not related to the cost of the house though.

I would budget $1000 - $1200 to be safe. Depends if you opt to go with Title Insurance or not...

It is related to the price of the house. generally it's ~$500 plus disbursement fees, which the disbursement are based ont he selling price of the house.
