17,000 is a little low.
Currently I have a guy offering 28,000, another will pay me 32,000 if his bank loan goes through (I don't think it will), and another will give me $40,000 if I buy his house. SO...... it's kinda up in the air right now but I will only consider bids over 28,000.

In regards to parting it out, I agree that this method would be the best from a money stand point, BUT this would take a considerable amount of time and unfortunately this time I do not have.
Hey! if you have the time and expertise to do this, why not buy it and make money off selling the parts???
