As Public Enemy once said "Don't believe the Hype".

For HDMI, there is not much if any difference between cable brands besides marketing and fancy connectors. I have used both monoprice and monster cables. No difference in pic quality. If you can wait a week for shipping I would get monoprice.

There is a cable store just west of mcleod trail, I think it's called Allied cable, they have HDMI cables for like $20, and they are just as good as the $150 monster cables that are marked up 1500%.
