I have 1 used ASUS P5GD1 motherboard with all box, manual, driver CD, accessories (SATA cables, IDE cables, floppy cable, USB bracket...). This mobo was used in my system mainly for download and burning stuffs from internet only so there was no overclocking involved. It is for socket 775 P4, PCI-express card and DDR ram and it has been flashed to the newest BIOS from Asus site. I bought this one from memory express last year for around $179 + tax. I want re-setup my downloading system to a mini ATX case (already got a mini ATX mobo) so I only sell this mobo and keeping the CPU and RAM from my last setup.

asking price $100 O.B.O or trade for a micro ATX case with power supply like the case in the picture below

Quote from the review
"Asus, the number one motherboard maker in the world, appears to be producing two such transitional boards, the Asus P5GDC-V Deluxe and P5GD1, both of which are based on Intel's 915-series chipset. While both of these Asus platforms require a Pentium 4 CPU based on the Socket-775 architecture and a PCI Express graphics card, they do allow for the use of DDR-400 memory instead of the costlier DDR2-533 modules. This allows users who have purchased DDR-400 memory for their current platform one less item to purchase when upgrading to a new Pentium 4 platform. This could save a potential upgrader quite a lot of money, especially if they've invested heavily in more than 1GB of DDR-400 memory. As DDR2 memory was one of the components which has received the least amount of praise with the new 900-series chipsets, equipping one of these new platforms with today's stable, high performance DDR-400 memory modules seems like a good bet for those looking to pick up a new Pentium 4 but do not want to purchase a full system's worth of new components.
