A big spark came out the back of my computer and it shut off, and won't turn back on

Does this mean I need a new power supply? If so...I am WTB!

thats never a good thing, if your not really computer saavy, id suggest taking it to a shop to get them to do a complete check.

sometimes when you pop a powersupply, itll damage other components, and its a pain in the ass to figure out what went.

yeah if the PSU went chances are that the MOBO is also dead :(

sean I amd thinking that if the powersiu[[yl go boom and sparks then I am thikning that you might havce also fried your mobo. Ummm maybe get a new ps first (30busks) and the if it dont work maybe you broke your CPU or PS.
