wtb 90-94 240sx

looking for a 90 to 94 240sx, in the 3000 or less price i also have a 92 eclipse runs great cruise,tilt,power windows, automatic car starter (not hooked up) cheap sony cd player, and with 148xxx miles on it ..... 2.0l non turbo .. i am willing to trade this car and about 500$ for a 240sx ...... my car runs great .and its a 5 speed....
someone please get back to me....
