We have one room for rent in the 3 bedroom main floor of a house in Highland Park (On the corner of Centre Street and McKnight Blvd.). It is a quiet neighborhood, and we back onto the Highland Golf course, so there is a great view. There are only 2 occupants right now, my boyfriend and myself
Rent is $550.00 a month. This includes all utilities, acess to full Kitchen, Satellite HD PVR TV, High Speed Internet, BBQ, the use of a Bowflex and a Washer/Dryer. There is no garage, just a 2 car driveway.
The Room is quite big, and there is also there is some storage in the Laundry room if required.
We are looking for someone in their 20s, relatively quiet, and clean. MUST like cats, and no more pets, sorry.
A deposit of $350 will be required. Pictures are avaliable upon request.
